FLOWER MURMURS Shipping & Delivery Policy

Singapore Islandwide Delivery
We deliver across Singapore. Standard Delivery is SGD 12. Orders of SGD 120 and above enjoy free Standard Delivery. Same-day / Express Delivery is SGD 18, subject to availability.

Delivery Time Slots
Our usual delivery windows are 10:00am-1:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm, and 5:00pm-8:00pm. Please leave your preferred delivery date and time slot in the order notes at checkout.

Same-day Orders
For same-day delivery, please place your order before 12:00pm. Orders placed after 12:00pm may be delivered the next available day, depending on flower availability and delivery schedule.

Recipient Not Available
If the recipient is not available, our rider may leave the flowers at the door, reception, concierge, or security counter where it is safe to do so. Re-delivery may incur an additional delivery fee.

Restricted or Special Locations
Delivery to restricted areas such as airport restricted zones, military camps, Jurong Island, port areas, or other secured locations may require prior confirmation. Please contact us before placing the order if the address may have access restrictions.

Fresh Flower Substitution
As flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability, FLOWER MURMURS may substitute certain flowers or foliage with similar colors and value while keeping the overall style and feeling of the bouquet.

新加坡全岛派送说明
FLOWER MURMURS 提供新加坡全岛派送。普通配送费为 SGD 12，订单满 SGD 120 可享普通配送免费。当天／加急配送费为 SGD 18，需视花材和派送时段而定。

派送时间段
常规派送时间为 10:00am-1:00pm、1:00pm-5:00pm、5:00pm-8:00pm。下单时请在备注填写希望派送日期和时间段。

当天订单
如需当天派送，建议在中午 12:00 前完成下单。12:00 后的订单可能安排至下一个可派送日期，具体视花材库存和配送安排而定。

收件人不在
如收件人暂时无法接收，骑手可在安全情况下将鲜花放在门口、前台、礼宾部或保安处。若需要重新派送，可能会产生额外配送费用。

特殊地址
机场限制区、军营、Jurong Island、港口区域或其他需要特别通行权限的地址，请在下单前先与我们确认是否可以派送。

鲜花替换说明
鲜花会因季节和市场供应而变化。如个别花材临时缺货，FLOWER MURMURS 会使用相近色系和价值的花材替换，并尽量保持整体风格和氛围。
